• Today, I am happy again. It seems like I am happy a lot lately, which is a new thing for me. I don't remember being happy for several days in succession very often. Life isn't perfect but still, I was happy today. I was happy yesterday. I was happy Friday and Saturday too. I hope this keeps up!

  I like my workshopping class.
  I like my friends.
  I like the play I'm writing. It's exactly the sort of thing I want to be writing. Not to say that it's perfect - it's not. It still has a long way to go. But all the feedback I've gotten shows me that it is at least the sort of thing I want to be working on. It is the kind of story that I want to be telling.

  I like that I'm going to Bootcamp tonight, I like that it's harder than last year. I like the Cardio Combat class I'm doing on Thursdays. I like my new gym. I like Llewelyn.

  I like most of my classes. I like guitar. I like my body.

  Life is good.
